SubEthaEdit is a collaborative real-time editor designed for Mac OS X. The name comes from the Sub-Etha communication network in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series.
Apart from the usual text-editing capabilities, collaborative editing is one of SubEthaEdit's marquee features. The collaboration is document-based, non-locking, and non-blocking. Anyone participating in the collaborative edit can type in the document anywhere at any time. Using Bonjour (formerly Rendezvous) and BEEP, SubEthaEdit works without any configuration on the LAN but can also coordinate collaborative editing over the Internet. SubEthaEdit is particularly popular for distributed pair programming and collaborative note-taking in conferences. TheCodingMonkeys licensed this "Subetha Engine" for use in Coda in 2007.

The Smart Board is an interactive whiteboard that uses touch detection for user input – e.g. scrolling, right mouse-click – in the same way normal PC input devices, such as a mouse or keyboard, detect input. A projector is used to display a computer's video output on the interactive whiteboard, which then acts as a large touch screen. The Smart Board interactive whiteboard typically comes with four pens, which use digital ink and replace traditional whiteboard markers. Most Smart Board interactive whiteboards register only one touch at a time however, in June 2009, Smart Technologies introduced their first dual-touch interactive whiteboard.[1]

Saros[1] is an Eclipse plug-in for distributed collaborative text editing that can support arbitrarily many participants at once. It can be used for a variety of purposes ranging from simple remote code review, over Remote pair programming, through to variants of Side-by-side programming with more than two participants.
All members of a session have an identical copy of Eclipse projects and Saros keeps these copies in sync as editing progresses. At the beginning of a session, Saros will automatically synchronize the contents of the Eclipse project from the initiator of a session ("host") to the other participants. During the session, markers in every participant's viewport will indicate who is currently seeing what and who made recent changes where ("awareness information"). Explicit highlighting of text for others is done by means of simple text selection which will be shown in a color that indicates who performed the selection.
With multiple concurrent writers, write conflicts can occur. Saros will resolve them consistently by means of the Jupiter algorithm. Separate audio conferencing (such as Skype) completes the collaboration scenario. Basic screen sharing and whiteboard sketching functionality are built in.Saros is an Open Source project under GPL. It is hosted at SourceForge[2]

ProtoShare is a collaborative software tool from Site9, Inc. used for creating, reviewing, and refining website, mobile and web application prototypes. It enables individuals and companies to visualize project requirements by building website wireframes and application prototypes that team members and stakeholders can then review and comment on in real-time.[1] ProtoShare is not a Flash tool; it usesHTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ProtoShare also helps development teams move from the waterfall method to the agile process through iterative development.[2] It is available online as a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) tool or as self-hosted for enterprise.[3]
ProtoShare allows prototyping of websites and web and mobile apps by enabling developers to create true interactive experiences with adrag-and-drop WYSIWYG interface. Development teams can create low-fidelity, clickable wireframes then evolve them into high-fidelity prototypes with the use of Rich Internet Application (RIA) functionality, such as state creation, the custom HTML component, and CSS styles. Team members and clients can then collaborate on its evolution with real-time comments, ideas, and decisions. Once the process of prototyping and collaboration is finished, the development team has a strong visual specification to follow, reducing misunderstandings and rework in the programming stages. The visual specification can be exported to a Microsoft Word doc, as an archived HTML site, or to a web URL.

Planbox is an Agile project management tool that allows members of multiple business functions to plan, collaborate and deliver projects. It goes beyond software development and brings the other functions of an organization into the agile life cycle. It is a hosted web application that is available to the public.
Originally created for Bolidea,[1] a Montreal-based technology incubator, it was created to serve as the company’s Product portfolio management platform, as an answer to the lack of such tools. However, it turned into a stand-alone project and was made available to the general public as a product and project management tool. With this product management tool, users can apply many of the agile project management methodologies, such as scrum, lean, etc.
Planbox is often considered a stepping stone for companies adopting Agile that have grown out of their current basic Project Management tools but that are not yet willing to invest for a fully customized suite from some of the big labels.

Development teams break down project requirements into small, concrete stories, and arrange them in a shared backlog in priority order, using a drag-and-drop interface. The team then works through these stories and completes them, while the team's customer accepts completed stories and provides feedback. The workflow is based on "Extreme Programming" agile software development, and supportsScrum.
The tool includes file sharing and task management, velocity tracking and iteration planning; release markers; and progress charts. There is an API[6] for extensions and third party tools.[7]

PabloDraw is a text editor for Windows, designed for creating ANSI and ASCII art, similar to that of its DOS-based predecessors;ACiDDraw (1994) and TheDraw (1986).
A notable feature of PabloDraw is its integrated multi-user editing support, making it the first groupware ANSI/ASCII editor in existence. This allows artists from around the world with an internet connection to cooperatively draw (and chat) together creating what are referred to as "joints", or jointly created productions, and has radically changed the way these artists collaborate in this form.
This editor is capable of handling most standard text mode formats such as ANSI, ASCII and Binary (.BIN). Additionally it supports different aspect ratios such as the 80×25 and 80×50 (25 and 50-line text graphics modes, respectively) and emulates the AmigaTopaz font for artists who prefer to draw using that specific extended character set.

Microsoft Office Project Server is a project management server solution made by Microsoft. It uses Microsoft SharePoint as its foundation, and supports both a web interface and Microsoft Project as the client application.
Microsoft extends the capabilities of Microsoft Project with Project Server and Project Web App. Microsoft Project Server stores project information in a central SQL Server database, protected from unauthorized access and corruption. A Project Administrator can control security defining users and access rights.
The Project Center supports reports across an organization at the project level. Managers can drill down into project details. Tasks, Projects and Resources can have Enterprise Custom Fields defined (similar to Custom Fields in the Microsoft Project desktop application).
The project manager needs to communicate project plans and to distribute task assignments to team members. The assignment of tasks can be distributed to team member home pages in PWA. They need to communicate status and changes to keep the project manager up to date. Project Server supports electronic communication over the web via PWA. Team members can update their tasks' status via PWA and the My Tasks list or via a Time Sheet.
